Happy Shuttle Cancun

This our first time using Happy Shuttle and I must say, they provide excellent service. Their customer service representatives are professional, kind, and very accommodating. We recently had our flight rescheduled twice and they were kind enough to move our pick-up (a few times) at the resort for a group of 11 people. If you ever need any type of shuttle service to and from your stay, I highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed. Thank you Happy Shuttle for your services!

Our hotel didn’t offer a shuttle service so we booked a private round trip with Happy Tours. The email we received when we booked have clear instructions for finding the Happy Shuttle team. We were then treated by Jorge and his team who helped us get to our Shuttle. We loved our driver Geronimo!! He took great care of us during our 30 minute shuttle ride! He was a good, safe driver. He was very friendly, answered all our questions, and gave us great tips for making the most of our trip. We will definitely use this service again when we come back!

We were greeted by Mario G from Happy Shuttle at Cancun Airport. He was a lovely friendly guy with lots of useful information and guidance. We were most delighted when he returned to drive us back to the airport following our stay. I would definitely recommend this service and if you’re lucky enough to get Mario you’ll be in good safe hands. The vehicle was clean and his driving was careful and safe.

Our hotel offered airport transfer for $100 more than Happy Shuttle Cancun, I thought it was worth considering this option. Sorted Google reviews to only show negative ones but then remembered that even the hotel organized shuttles had issues and went with Happy Shuttle. Came back from the trip now, the round trip transfer was great, driver's and the support staff were great and on time. On the way to we actually got the large SUV (considered to be premium), on the way back we got the van- both cars were clean. I can recommend this company.

The driver was professional and the vehicles were clean and safe. Very easy process and good communication! Small hiccup when I arrived at the Cancun airport but was quickly resolved and I still made it to my destination on time. On the return trip, the driver was there waiting for me and was very helpful. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it.

Cancun shuttle was Great. I read about the agressive taxis and people that try to scam you out of your ride, so i found Happy shuttle from a youtube review, and booked round trip transport from and to airport and my downtown cancun Apartment. I liked that i could book online. Altho my apartment was not in their list of hotels so i had to email to book it, but they replyed quickly and sent a link to pay online when ready. It was about 100$ Candian (75$ US) for both trips, 30min drives. When i arrived at the airport the baggage had a over 45min delay, and worryed about connecting with them outside. I exited with my bag, and went towards the taxi/bus/shuttle meeting area, and as soon as i got the the area with all the taxi people, someone asked who i was looking for (because i had my happy shuttle print out in hand) and i said happy shuttle, and he said "they are over there in the green" and pointed to 3 people in green a few feet away. So i was happy that i was told the right people not tryed to get scamed as i had read about (where they tell you your ride was canceled). I went over to them and it was happy shuttle with uniforms, and the one guy was a bit rude, i had the form in hand and told him my name, but he said reservation number, so i showed one of the 2 print outs i had, and he got a little mad and said no, i need the reservation number, so i switched sheets (one was invoice and one was confirmation email) and he was still mad but found the reservation number. I was told they would call the driver and he would be here within 10 min. I just have to wait (its because drivers are not allowed to park at the airport, they have to wait outside and come when called). While i was waiting, another younger male worker came and printed me a ticket for my return trip, and we set the pickup time. This other worker was kind and smileing the whole time, not like the other worker. Then he told me the driver arrived and he took my luggage and we walked to the van. I Planned a tip for the driver but didnt expect a seperate person walking my luggage to the van, i didnt have change or small bills for a tip. I will plan that next time. The drive was great, the driver is a good safe driver but fast too. and knew the exact loaction of the private apartment i was staying at. Pick up to return was 7am, and the driver was outside at 6:45. I left apartment at 6:50, and went down and he was asleep in the van. But woke up at 6:55, maybe had a alarm. he was very nice, and it was early morning, I was early, i dont blame him. Good drive to airport, dropped me off infront of the door. Overall, i would recommend them, they made transportation to and from airport effortless during my trip. Everything as expected. Thanks

They also accommodate us very last minute when our hotel's inclusive transfer failed us for not booking 72 hours earlier. The price was also very affordable for our large family, much appreciated!
